Burton Rose were delighted to secure the conversion of a large ground floor commercial space into a combination of 9 high spec residential apartments.

The works included complete new Underground drainage to suit the conversion layout, full M&E design, and installation throughout whilst maintaining the existing and new fire strategy, to complete the finishes with new partitions, doors, walls, ceilings, and high spec kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Undertaking the works beneath 4 floors of existing occupied residential apartments, we worked closely & carefully with building control and the landlords to ensure that the project was delivered safely and with minimum disruption to the residents and neighbours.
